We chose Elite Dynamics via a tender process and narrowed the field down from a long list to three organisations. We definitely got the impression they were a professional organisation with a lot of industry expertise, but also had a friendly and approachable side so felt like a good fit for the Victory family.

We had already drawn up a huge list of requirements and Elite Dynamics worked with us to help translate those into the product. We set ourselves a fairly high bar in terms of working with Elite Dynamics and at every point in the journey, that has been fulfilled. The team has always been responsive to queries, and if it’s something that has fallen outside our knowledge base, I’ve found the support and knowledge within Elite Dynamics to be exemplary.

As an organisation, Victory has grown massively over the past three years. The pandemic provided the boom in staycations and the size of the output of Victory almost trebled within that time. We were left with legacy systems and a lot of spreadsheet-based work that was no longer fit for purpose for the size of the organisation it is now.
